AT A GLANCE
Western Oasis, a modern luxury six-bedroom show villa by True Value Group in Ahmedabad, required seamless execution of interior product sourcing and custom manufacturing. Working closely with designers Studio Nilesh Kava & Parita Kava, Arcedior coordinated procurement of 89 SKUs (121 pieces) from Wriver in Delhi and handled contract manufacturing of 6 cantilever wardrobes, 6 vanities, kitchen units, and 10 custom-designed rugs at our factory. The project was delivered in 16 weeks with snag-free handover and specialized solutions, including crane-assisted installation.
Engagement model: Global Procurement + Contract & Custom Manufacturing
Luxurious bedroom featuring custom interior products
True Value Group approached Arcedior to execute the product side of their show villa interiors in Ahmedabad. The designers, Nilesh Kava & Parita Kava, had created a modern luxury aesthetic across 10,783 square feet that demanded high-quality finishes, precision manufacturing, and seamless coordination across multiple product categories.
Client objectives included:
The client needed a single-window partner who could manage vendor relationships, import coordination, factory production, quality assurance, and site logistics, allowing their design and project team to focus on overall execution. This approach is essential for real estate show villa projects where timeline and quality standards are critical.
Scope of Work
89 unique SKUs (121 total pieces) sourced from Wriver, Delhi – coordinated through a joint showroom visit by designer, client, and Arcedior team. Arcedior managed vendor negotiations, specifications, purchase orders, and logistics from Delhi to Ahmedabad.
All custom items manufactured at Arcedior's factory to approved drawings and finish samples, with pre-assembly verification before site delivery.
Three-stage quality protocol across all procured and manufactured items, with phased floor-by-floor delivery and crane deployment for oversized pieces.

Western oasis living area furniture
89 premium furniture (121 total pieces) sourced from Wriver, Delhi, across all four floors of the villa:
The sourcing process involved coordinated site visits to Wriver's Delhi showroom by the designer, client, and Arcedior team. We handled vendor negotiations, specifications documentation, purchase orders, and logistics coordination from Delhi to Ahmedabad.
Custom furniture was manufactured at Arcedior’s factory, adhering strictly to approved drawings and finish samples.
Cantilever Wardrobe
"Special attention was given to the cantilever wardrobe structure, where load distribution and fixing methodology were critical to long-term performance. Finish samples were provided to the designer and client before full production commenced. Pre-dispatch checklists included finish shade matching against approved samples, shutter alignment verification, and uniform gap measurements."
Drawing of cantilever wardrobe
Each of the 10 custom rugs was designed to harmonize with the villa's furniture selections while maintaining aesthetics. The designers specified a neutral palette, soft beiges, mushroom tones, muted mauves, and greys, allowing each room to breathe while anchoring the furniture.
Design approach: Each room was treated individually. First, identify the hero furniture piece. Then use its color as an accent in the rug while keeping the base neutral. Complex shapes like the organic free-form basement rug and the leaf-motif rug required 5-6 iterations to refine layout, balance, and color coordination.
April rains in Ahmedabad delayed dye-setting schedules. Dye lots needed 3-4 extra days to set properly, and latex backing took longer to cure in high humidity. The team coordinated between raw material suppliers, production floor, QC, and logistics to maintain the delivery timeline. We also waited for final furniture fabric swatches from Wriver before freezing rug colors, a non-negotiable step for accurate color matching.
"To protect the finish quality during transit and handling, Arcedior implemented structured logistics and inspection protocols."
Vendor coordination between Wriver and Arcedior factory was managed internally to ensure synchronized arrivals and zero site delays.
SMART DESIGN SOLUTIONS
The design intent for Western Oasis is centred on modern luxury with clean lines, luxury materials, and functional elegance throughout the villa. Arcedior's role was to preserve this intent through precise sourcing and manufacturing, not to alter the design.
Working closely with the designers, we ensured every procured item from Wriver matched specified finishes, dimensions, and aesthetic requirements. For custom-manufactured pieces, we maintained exact specifications without substitutions. The leather finish laminate, and glass profile shutters were executed to sample-approved standards.
The custom rug development process exemplified this commitment: Rather than suggesting standard catalog options, we invested in iterative design development with the designers, refining colors, shapes, and textures through multiple rounds until each piece aligned perfectly with the furniture selections and spatial intent.
Process Optimization (Value Engineering)
Arcedior optimized delivery and installation processes:
Coordinated Wriver furniture and custom items to arrive floor-by-floor, reducing on-site storage requirements and minimizing damage risk.
Assembled sample wardrobe sections at the factory to identify fit issues before site delivery, eliminating on-site rework.
Utilized crane deployment to safely lift and position heavy furniture, and eliminated manual handling risks.
These process improvements maintained the 16-week timeline despite rain delays in rug production.
