Warranty Policy

Most of the items/ products are covered under Suppliers/Manufactures specific warranty. Please refer to the Suppliers/Manufacturer’s warranty policy which is supplied with your goods. Your warranty period commences from the date of receipt of your goods. Please ensure all appropriate product care is completed to be covered by any warranties. Arcedior will not be liable for freight or shipping expenses in relation to warranty claims. The warranty shall be considered void if;

  • Damage resulting from exposure of the goods to harsh weather or similar conditions resulting in discolouration.
  • Damage by corrosive materials, such as acids or solvents, or dyes, inks, paints.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, cleaning, negligence or acts of god.
  • Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product.
  • Sales made on an “as-it-is” basis will have limited warranty, and the respective Supplier/Manufacturer to advice on the same.
  • Product previously repaired by any other person will not be endorsed by Arcedior.
  • If the product is not used correctly for the purpose intended, eg sitting on sofa arms or standing/swinging on dining chairs.
  • Any other way which is contrary to the standard operating instructions as supplied with the product or part of product brochure.
