For DoubleTree by Hilton in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, USA, Arcedior supported procurement coordination and executed custom/contract manufacturing for a 150+ room hotel project. The requirement focused on natural veneer finishes, consistency across all guestrooms, and timely delivery to the USA.
We converted design drawings into shop drawings, built a full mock-up room for approval, and managed materials and production for custom casegoods and furniture. Across the project, we supplied 7–9 pieces per room, adding up to 1,000+ items, all checked before dispatch and shipped safely to the USA.
150+ rooms completed with custom casegoods in natural veneer, including headboards, side tables, luggage racks, study tables, minibars, TV panels, vanity counters, sofa-cum-beds, center tables, study chairs, and curtains, with mock-up approval and on-time shipment from the factory to the USA.
