STIP was founded in Milan to bring together the experience of an Italian designer, Elia Mangia, and an Spanish engineer, Maria Mendez, and give new impetus and form to design projects for furniture, lighting and accessories based on a vision combining harmony, versatility and research.
STIP was conceived in a Paris café, from the meeting between an Italian designer and a Spanish engineer: Elia Mangia and Maria Mendez. The current collection has been designed entirely by Elia Mangia. 100 references in order to convey a recognizable personality.
STIP is freedom of expression, essential forms, creative identity and contamination, obsession for detail and materials. For STIP beauty has no boundaries, but its roots lie in the tradition of italian design and manufacturing.We explore tradition to offer new perspectives on the future.
