The Cheese Cage was designed to facilitate and enhance the presentation of cheese, fruit or pastries, while helping to conserve them. The two-level design optimizes storage. The Cheese Cage is composed of:
- A durable painted steel structure.
- Two removable and reversible wooden trays: each
- one has a flat side and a concave side (e.g., for creamy
- cheeses).
- A preservation cover - against insects and dust - made
- from non-woven fabric.
- A cord to carry and hang the Cage.
- Structure made of food-grade epoxy painted steel. Oiled
- solid beech wooden trays. Preservation cover made of Polypropylene.
