Fiamma - Candle Holder Centerpiece by Mavi Ceramica

Fiamma arises from the need to arrange low candles and to collect and hide the wax. The centerpiece, made entirely of ceramic and glazed with crystalline in brilliant shades that evoke the liveliness of the fire, is made up of two pieces: a container support and a perforated lid. The base support has two circumferences of different radius, made in bas-relief, for large candles and the most common small ones on the market. The lid has the shape of a flame, is perforated in the center with the same smaller mirrored design, and is useful for shielding the inevitable moccasins and allowing only the living element of the flame to emerge with its light. Fiamma is available in Poppy red and Sambuco white with red details. The small piece of furniture seeks a scenic effect, creating atmosphere while protecting the surfaces and countertops from less aesthetic moccasins and residues. The smallest single-candle version is Fiammetta, which is best suited for use on small tables or supports.

CONCEPT: Two fires… one Flame!

The idea that a flame could contain another inside and that the candle could also be reused as a stub without losing its charm prompted the creation of this unusual but very simple centerpiece, which does not claim to surpass our gazes as a sophisticated, slender candlestick neither to capture the scene with its grandeur but to accompany the warmth and glow of a living flame.
