Hellen is a tray/cutting board deriving from the shape of the cylinder. Starting from the very subtraction of the material, the idea was to create a cut in the form able to contain the food in a separate way. The same cut is also present on the back side, in order to perfectly balance the object and make it lighter and easier to bring it to the table.
