Interlocking shapes, irregular design, soft patterns and a sense of rhythm make Inkas one of the most beautiful expressions of cubism thinking in modern furniture design. It may appear to be a mistake, but, as with any Arketipo product, it is not. There is no such thing as a casual mistake in our design studio, everything has a plan. In this case, Inkas is a construction of elegance, and purposeful design. The backs are at different heights to provide a unique design a-symmetry whilst the armrests and back units interlock with different configurations to give you a sense of flow throughout the whole piece.
- BACK AND SEAT STRUCTURE: frame at sight in metal; inner structure in multilayered wood.
- ARM/BACK STRUCTURE PADDING: 100% down proof twilled cotton cover with thermo bonded Dacron, filled with mixed down, core in polyurethane of varied densities.
- SEAT STRUCTURE PADDING: 100% down proof twilled cotton cover filled with mixed down, core in polyurethane (D35 + memory).
- LOW BACK CUSHION PADDING: 100% Gabardine cotton cover filled with mixed down.
- SEAT HEIGHT: 40 cm
- ARM HEIGHT: 67 cm
- FEET: metal micaceous brown stained, h. 3 cm.
- ATTENTION: In the leather version, the stitching of the arm/back-units does not always coincide with that of the seats.
