The simplicity of cups and saucers is underlined by the harmonious combination of internal enamels with the warm and natural tones of the brown “engobe” used on the outside of the pieces.
The square breakfast plate houses the round two-colour cup in a slightly offset position, incorporating it in the spot of colour.
The square shapes of plates the round ones of the cups enable the intriguing game of different forms and types of stains, all enhanced by the contrast of colours: “Mare”-blue, “Terra”-grey, “Fuoco”- orange, “Aria”-sky blu.
