Lamp Two Red by Formaminima

Lamp/Two RED is a limited-edition table light, part of Lamp/Two Collection of Formaminima. Inspired by the marvellous Italian artistic movements of Renaissance and Baroque, the bold texture of Red Collemandina marble matches to the delicacy of a crystal shade, hosting extra-thin porcelain geometries, originally from Limoges and carefully handcrafted in Italy through a cutting-edge technique. When turned on, the diffuser together with its precious ceramics, provides sophisticated plays of light thanks to the translucency of the porcelain. The minimal structure of the table lamp is made of satin brass squared tubular, gently hanging the diffuser above a minimal thin plate, which in turns shine by a precious golden light. This one-of-a-kind object is the result of craftsmanship, informed by innovative aesthetic and local ancient techniques, such as crystal grinding, porcelain mould-production and metal carpentry.
