A synthesis between the typical decorations of the classic style and the flat shapes dictated by modern architecture, the Luxury Home goes beyond the roof function with an aesthetic value that leaves an indelible imprint on the environment in which it is placed. The fabric with non-visible slopes - behind the beam - guarantees sun protection, but also from rain and bad weather; it can also be replaced by rigid panels.

Structure:

• pillar section 100 x 100 x 3 mm
• beam section 320 x 40 mm thickness 3 mm
• sloping section 40 x 60 x 3 mm
• steel profiles worked with hot galvanizing treatment
• epoxy powder coating based on polyester resin, resistant to UV rays
• possibility of customizing the painting (with reference to the RAL color chart)
• subject to approval by the technical office
• runoff and channeling of rainwater, guaranteed by the presence of perimeter gutters and a channeling inside the pillars
  

Roof cover sheet:

• standard cover in OPATEX PVC, heat-sealed, fireproof class 2 / UNI9177, in champagne or white color
• coverage also possible with sandwich panels

• side curtains in Progar acrylic fabric or PVC with zip closure and fixing profiles to the columns
• PVC side curtains with zip closure and fixing profiles to the columns, with customized PVC Cristal windows
• Progar acrylic ornamental curtains for structure decoration
• lateral shading screens in aluminum profiles available in the colors of the structure
• dimmable LED strip integrated in the ridge beam and equipped with remote control
