Maria explore the genre issue and has a human and humoristic character. The lampshade represents a women straw hat, typical of the Portuguese region of Baixo Minho. The handles accentuate the humorist intention of the piece, because Maria speaks too much. The drawers have illustrations of the belongings of the character. Maria is destined for indoors, can be produced in different colours and can adapt itself to children, youngsters and adults.
