The Proportion II Nightstand is a gracious tribute to one of the pioneers of modern architecture: Mies Van der Rohe. This German-american architect and director of the Bauhaus strove towards an architecture with a minimal framework of structural order balanced against the implied freedom of unobstructed free-flowing open space. Proportion II Nightstand combines an eccentric and luxurious mix of black lacquer over silver leaf, radiant orchid lacquer over gold leaf, petrol blue lacquer and caviuna wood. The interior owes its softness to the satinwood. The base remains robust with solid wood lacquered in piano black, making it the masterpiece of your luxury bedroom décor.
