The Smile is a sculptural version of the very successful Asan chair. The frame is cast aluminum with back chair legs extending out to orient the backrest. Shaped and curved plywood shells come together to resemble a Smile.The upholstered wide and deep seat allows one to sit in multiple ways including sitting up in the ‘padmasana’ or ‘lotus pose’.
Available in fabric as well as leather versions.
The special AKFD X AnanTaya edition shown here, is topped with a vibrant handwoven Ikat Fabric.
