Designer Solmaz Fooladi continues to reveal new aesthetic and technological qualities of concrete, creating a table «Drops of concrete». In fact, the table is made of fiberglass, which significantly reduces the weight of the seemingly massive structure. Although the surface with a layer of microcement coating creates the illusion of solid cast concrete. This illusion is reinforced by one of the pillars made of metal rebar. However, the use of «rough» industrial materials does not preclude the object’s neatness. High-quality polishing of surfaces, rounded shapes of the tabletop, and one of the two pillars, built-in electrical fittings enable this expressive object to take its rightful place in the most demanding interior. While the size allows for comfortable seating of up to twelve people at the table.
